Odd popping from front end

I had the strangest thing happen today while traveling from AZ to TX. I noticed an odd pop that was felt in my left foot coming from the front end today when I would hit a bump. Reminded me of bad shock or even wheel bearing going out. Loud enough that my 6yr old daughter heard it in the back seat. Then later felt vibration like A CV jointy going out. I checked every thing out underneath. Nothing evident. Even jacked and shook the hell out of the wheels. This continued for the better part of 200-300mi and then after getting in prior to a pit stop I did not notice this again. I'm at a total loss here.

Maybe a cracked cage around the CV bearings!

Sounds CV related--Or ball joint(s) (A-arms and/or tie rod ends)

Didn't feel it per say as pop, but noticed odd vibration.
