November CLC Meeting

Please join us for the November meeting on the 17th. Interesting discussions, sparkling conversation, LandCruiser tales of all sorts. We are meeting in the NEW Liberty Toyota building that is 2 blocks East and 1 Block South of the intersection of Austin Bluffs and Woodman. Time is 7:00 pm. We are in the upstairs training room. When you enter the building head to your left and find the stairway. We are at the last room on your right down the upstairs hallway.

Meeting Format:

Old Business:
Vote on the location of the Christmas Party. (Current nomination is Fire House Barbeque)
Discuss Christmas Tree cutting weekend volunteering.

Hey, Luke,

Should Trevor show, and if he brings more than 2 stickers, snag one for me. Thought I could get back to CS today, but didn't happen. Looks like late Wed or Thursday, as I have to go to a meeting Wed morning. Linda went home today, and sent back a pic of the back yard with 5" or so of white stuff. Brrrr! Was looking forward to coming to the meeting. Next month for sure.

Big turn out for the November CLC meeting. We had 15 in attendance.

A couple of highlights from the meeting.

1) Don volunteered to get with Darryl about taking over the news letter.

2) Voted to have the Christmas Party at The Firehouse December 15th. The club will pay for buffet food for 20 people. Drinks and any food items not provided in the buffet will be on individual tabs.

3) Voted to have a white elephant gift exchange at the Christmas Party that will be directed by David M. Participation in the white elephant gift exchange is not a requirement to attend the Christmas Party.

4) Luke was forced to head the CLC trip planning for 2010. Please start thinking of which trails you want to run next year and what time of year would be best to run them.

5) We did have free stickers. Thanks Trevor!
