I am selling my Nov 1974 Toyota LandCruiser (FJ40). Runs great, super strong. Manual shift, 4 speed. Original straight-6 cylinder engine, mileage is unknown due to the lack of a 100,000s-place digit on the odometer. Hard top has been restored, does not leak. VERY little body rust. Ready for full restoration, or enjoy as is.

I have thoroughly enjoyed this rig; it was my first FJ but certainly not my last. I was very fortunate to get the best running FJ I've encountered since I started really paying attention to Cruisers about five years ago. It has the least amount of rust than any other FJ I've seen.

I'm a believer in the Ten-Foot Rule when it comes to offroad rigs: if it looks good from 10 feet, that's perfect. I painted the body with an easy-to-find Krylon so I could touch it up when scratched. The exterior was coated with Herculite bedliner (except for doors and hardtop) which holds paint great and prevents rusting.

I recently took a job with lots of long commuting, and this is my only car, so it's time to find something more road-friendly. My loss is your gain; I am very motivated to sell this vehicle and will entertain any serious offers. I have lots of photos, and will email to an interested parties. Thanks for looking.
