OK, I tried the Seafoam thing. Slowly added it to the intake PCV hose.
Followed instructions.
(Truck ran/idled fine before Seafoam. This was just for PM).
After Seafoam, the idle wasn't as smooth as before.
New plugs didn't help.
I cleaned the TB and IAC valve. No difference.
Checked and tested EGR. No difference.
MAF cleaned.
I have no CEL or codes.
No vacuum leaks.
The idle quality isn't terrible but wasn't as smooth as before.
The only thing I haven't done is physically cleaned the O2 sensors.
I figured that if these were bad, I'd get a code
Anyone with the same neg. experience with Seafoam?

I wish this 4Runner would Idle like my 96 Cruiser......

I did the seafoam on my 99 v6- It will work its way out- drive a few tanks through and it should smooth out. Mine even stalled on my wife a day after I did it. I dont think I will do it again.

You are going to need to clean the O2 sensors and I would suggest also changing your oil (because that stuff gets past the rings). My company sells a product that I prefer (Ring Free).

What happens is that decarbinizers release the carbon (nothing dissolves carbon) from what it is coked onto and then it bounces around and makes it's way down the tail pipe.

In all likelyhood you have just gotten some carbon on the O2 sensors that have caused the EFI to be a little crazy.

Update:
I replaced the O2 sensors (it was time anyway) and no change in idle quality.
I have been thru almost everything on this truck and am still not satisfied with the idle.
When I come to a stop it slowly and smoothly idles down to 700rpm and that's where it gets a little rough.
Yes, I have new factory wires and NGK plugs.

would raising the idle to say 800-900 make it better? I have mine idle at 900 and it works great...
