Actually, when the "anti-squat" happens, the angle gets worse. Think about it. It's like jacking up on your rear bumber with a bumber jack, axle falls further from frame, hence - more separation of axle and frame relation, therefore worse angle.
We've been through the 4-link discussion some time back. Multiple 4-link gurus jumped all over this including MACE, HI^C, Woody, cruiserrg, and others. Check out the thread "SOA too high; is it possible to flip leafs to lower some?".
I was just reviewing this thread, and realized that some of my questions about coil conversion were answered some time ago...

I thought when the rear rises that the pinion would become more aligned with the drive shaft because it already points higher than the tcase output. My other thought is that the links should be spaced further appart to hold the axle from twisting. There will be less force on the links that way.
