So im in the middle of installing a lithium battery in the back of the car, after getting everything mounted i ran the wiring from the aux battery to the start batter and when all terminals were done i went to hook up the cables to the start battery. Something arked out on the inline circuit breaker i installed on the positive cable and now i have no power at all. No ignition, no accessories. The 120amp main fuse looks fine. The STA relay how ever does have some some black staining underneath. Could this be my problem? Otherwise anywhere else i should look

You ran them in parallel? Positive to Positive, Negative to Negative? I would get a test light or multimeter and back track from your battery source to see where your 12 volts is last. If you have a multimeter you can check that relay, just google for a "how to" video, but if you have no power at all for anything in the vehicle it doesn't sound like a starter relay.

The start battery runs to the dcdc charger which charges the second battery

so the back marks on the replay dosnt look like burn marks, probably just some type of epoxy or sealant to seal up the pin area of the relay. just start pulling fuses and replacing what got popped then go from there. if you still have a no start condition disconnect your second battery and try to diag it
