how come i cant upload a animated avatar? also how come we cant have pictures in our sig lines?

sig lines have never allowed photos, and won't.

Ya, I tried to link to my leglamp avatar, but got a big NO-GO. I'm afraid to change from my glittery LC now, cuz I'm afraid I won't be able to use it again.
