Does anyone have personal experience running Nitto Mud Grapplers? I did the search but everyone seems to run either Terra Grapplers or Toyo M/T.

I'm seriously considering them as my next set of tires over KM2 (either 285/75 16 or 33x11.5 16 size) due to the aggressive tread and eBay sells them for around $930 shipped.

Every input is appreciated. :steer:

I think you're only allowed to have those tires if you have bling rims, and the vehicle is an F-250 or H2.

Honestly though, from the people Ive spoke with about those tires, they wear very fast and while they look fancy, the tread isn't very useful offroad.

$930 shipped for 33s is insanity.

Nitto's are for people that want the look of an aggressive offroad tire but rarely go offroad :D

Used to be a ranger around here with those, and like a 100 inch lift.
He never took it off road, waste of money if you ask me.

Very true...especially around here

I've heard about tire's softer compound also. Besides that, it seems like only perception that keep fellow mudders away from using them, I think. :D

A set of 285/75 16 BFG M/T runs around $930 shipped also.
