Hi guys! I met Lowell today at a mutual friend's event. I noticed his FJ, and struck up a conversation. I have a '11 4runner, trail. I've been looking for a group locally, and hope I'm close enough to group's gente to fit in.

My 4Runner is pretty much entirely stock at this point, except for the CB I added(and I'm not too pleased with). I took it out to stony a few months after purchase and it did surprisingly well for 100% stock.

Here's two videos from that ride. I happened to cross paths with an Army vet in a CJ so I got a little more daring once I could watch him do some lines first that I knew weren't so deep.

Anyway, hopefully I'll get to come to some meetings and do some rides soon!

Welcome aboard! Those 4 runners are pretty capable rigs especially with a rear locker and a V8. We would be glad to have you tag along and join us for meetings and rides.

I do have the rear locker (got me unstuck once out at stony). The 5th gen 4runners don't have a V8 option however. The 4th gen's did, but the V6's in the 5th gen's are pretty much on par with the 4th gen's v8. It's the exact same motor that's in the current FJ's.
