New western rep for the TLCA

Hi my name is Marcel Clement i am an active member in the AZLCA (Arizona LandCruiser association) and i have just taken on the western rep position for the TLCA.
I would love to see some emails on why the western states have not joined the TLCA.
I know it seems impossible with the guidelines listed on the web but please email me to discuss.
I am getting our club in the TLCA and you should think about getting yours.
I do not have all the answers, but I sure as heck can get you an answer.
I have been a member of the TLCA since 2003 and still salivate over Toyota trails magazine.
Think about a subscription to any magazine and it is pretty close to the membership cost for the TLCA.
You do not need 100% TLCA membership for all your club members, to join.

The Landcruiser Clubs I know of out here in the West are members of the TLCA. I am always trying to get the individuals who own Land Cruisers to join the club and if not the clubs, the TLCA.
