Im in the Sumter area and last fall I got the chance to buy a 2007 TRD fj. I recently found out about the Upstate Cruisers so I joined and can't wait to start going to some of the events but I can't figure out where to get any any info on anything. Sorry for the stupid question, but where can I find out specifics about upcoming events?

Look in the stickies in the About ... for info on the club. When events are coming up there is usually a post with specifics. Welcome! We have the Low Country Chapter too that I'm a member of. IndianDoc is also a Low Country member and he is in Sumter too! Hope to see you around soon! The Low Country Chapter also has a forum in the clubhouse area of Mud. Look us up!

Thanks for the info! But I'll definitely look up the low country cruisers as well, some of us around Sumter should get together sometime soon for a trail ride or camping trip or something in this end of the state.

Our annual meeting is coming up in september. We are still planning it but it is the big event for the year. October is a bbq get to gether at one of our members new house in seneca. No major wheeling will be planned until after elections I believe.

Welcome, I'm also a Lowcountry member, and there are more wheeling trips planned. Uwharrie is in Sept, and is planned by the Old North State guys honoring one of their own. Its called Cruisin' the Carolinas, Logans Run. Check out their site also, the registration shoulkd be up soon.
(Uwharrie is only about 2 1/2 hrs. from Sumter.)

Sumter FJ I'll send you my addy and phone I live in Sumter and have a shop with a lift, should you need to work on that thing. Welcome to the addiction, you may have seen my black beast running arround Sumter on the Weekends if not come on by my place, I am usually home on Sundays sometimes even Saturdays!
