New to the Club

Hey Everyone!
I should be picking up my first Toyota Land Cruiser in a couple of weeks. A 1994 with 200k on the clock which I found in TX.

Anyway, it is in good running order, but I want to get ahead of the curve with the Head Gasket issue. Is there a shop you guys could recommend in the Milwaukee area?

Welcome. Does it NEED a headgasket?

They aren't fun to do on your own. They aren't cheap to pay someone to do and they aren't necessary unless you know for sure your truck NEEDS it.

Yeah, I wouldn't really consider the head gasket "preventive maintenance". When it goes, if it goes, deal with it then. But hey, that's just me.
