It would be kind of fun to make, if you could find the right LC for the right price, but very impractical...

I know the guy that put this truck together he used it to drive down the Platte River and spray phragmites. I think he had a hard time even with this truck. If anyone is interested it is for sale at Platte Valley Auto here in Lex!

How much is he asking for it? The tracks may be worth more than the truck.

Pretty cool little truck. 2005 Dodge 2500 Cummins, I thought the same thing Grench that the tracks themself could be well worth it if one had the money.

The last I checked those tracks were around $5K-$7K each (*4) ~$25K new.

Even combined with the truck - $60K used is kind of off the chart expensive...

It is expensive, I couldn't remember how much the tracks cost.

There are a few varieties of the tracks available:
