The Cibola National Forest and Grasslands has released the Draft Land and Resources Management Plan and Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) for the Kiowa, Rita Blanca, Black Kettle, and McClellan Creek National Grasslands. The documents have been posted on the Cibola National Forest and Grasslands website: http://www.fs.fed.us/nepa/nepa_project_exp.php?project=31418.
