Good evening and Happy New Year everyone. I currently own a 2018 Toyota Sequoia SR5 in 2WD/RWD that I want to lift. I have researched and posted in other forums, but the shops I contacted have conflicting suggestions with a few Sequoia owners I was in contact with. A good friend of mine recommended a local shop that is highly rated. They lifted his Tacoma properly, but for some odd reason they don't give customer's recommendations with lifts. They just want customers to bring in the lift kit, and they will install it and align the vehicle for you. The only advice they gave me is that anything over 3 inches is not recommended because it will harshen the vehicle's ride. The main reason I want to lift is my Sequoia are for aesthetics, and very mild over landing. I am also hoping to spend under $2000 for the lift. I am hoping to hear from you guys soon. Thank you in advanced.

There lots of options and opinions out there. My advice is to do your research and scour this forum for ideas. Lots of good info out there. I looked on here for months before I finally decided what to do. I also bought several components and returned several things before I made a final decision.
Here is my build thread:

Here's another really good forum with lots of info!

These other two forums have a lot of info but are super slow with responses:
