Hello everyone, my name is Tom. I am new to this forum, but not new to the Toyota community. I have an 07 FJ Cruiser. 3" lift and running 285's. Mostly stock otherwise. I also have a 1994 x-tra cab heavily modified with a4.3 Chevy v-6 auto trans and dual case. Running 35's with the independent still in tact. And lastly a 2011 tundra with a 3" icon setup and 35's . I have been off-roading for about 25 years. If you are on the other Toyota forums, I go by FJTOYMAN. You might have seen me there.

It's a beast. It has a built 4.3 . Pushes 275 hp . Sounds like a v-8. I have some Dana 44 's from a 1976 international scout. I'm not sure I want to use them or get a solid axle Toyota front axle.

wow, sweet ... they're classics, even with IFS ... I don't envy you your decision ... I'm a Toyota purist especially with my 40, but those Dana 44's are tempting ... thanks for sharing!!!!
