New Meeting Place

The reservations got lost or something to that effect, so I had to find a place in a rush. After calling many places that wanted deposites, I found EL Torrasco in Visalia. They will not charge up to use the room and they were not booked for tomorrow. We have the room from 6:30 to around 8:30. I need a head count of how many are plannning on eating.

If you have TLCA numbers bring those. We will be deciding on dues, club name, logo. THen I will be able to get the Irs and bank account setup.

Bad news, I have a child issue come up yesterday and need to be home this afternoon and evening. I plan on being a member, but bad timming tonight.

Make sure people vote on doing the lemoore parade on Saturday, December 1st. Starts at 6pm. I need ot get the paperwork in by the 27th. it is free and a good way to promote.

How did the meeting go? Sorry again to all for not making it. Life had one of those moments that I would have been more worried about not taking care of it than enjoying the meeting.
Hope to put a face to some of those I haven't met in person soon.

The meeting was good. We had a great turn out. We just about filled the back room.
