As promised, here is the update on the "Community Open House" schedule for the Douglas County Conservation Bill we blasted yesterday. A series of five open houses are planned in December to provide information and collect public comment on the proposed Conservation Bill. (See schedule below) Chris Dickerson from Sierra 4x4 Trailers sends us news that several local OHV users have done yeoman's work participating in the process. As a result, the bill will not affect Rickey Canyon Road or Red Canyon Road, two important and popular recreational routes. As always,
