Needed! interior parts for 1999 Land Cruiser

I need some interior parts for a 1999 Land Cruiser. The cup hold cover, arm rest assembly(from cup holder back to the end cap of the arm rest near the 2nd row. floor mats, 4x4 shifter boot. I need the tan color but if you have another I could live with that.
