Auburn has the coolest offroad park around! Wish it was there sooner! But I got to enjoy it for a few years. I'll be there as much as possible. GAPs (Great American Park) It has to be open to go, so check their FB page for openings
Go hit up the Tuskegee National Forest for level 1 service roads, but be forewarned, DO NOT go off the roads in your rig, I know folks who've gotten tickets.
