Hello in California,
My name is Seamus Dooley and I had the pleasure of being great friends with Butch and Sharon Lewis from 1991 to 2000 when I moved back home to Ireland after residing 15 years in California. I met Butch on Highway 29 one day when he drove a Suzuki Samurai as I did, prior to him downgrading to Land Cruisers. (Joke). I spent many wonderful evenings with them at their home and we shared a few weekends on the Rubicon.
After moving home to Ireland, I was shocked to learn of Butch passing and I was lucky enough to track down Sharon in Los Angeles, where she had moved. I have since lost contact with Sharon and I am aware that she was battling with her illness. Does anybody have any details here to help me locate her, or give me an update.
For those of us lucky enough to know Sharon and Butch, they were through friends and genuine people.
Thank you for any asssitance you can offer, I will know jump in my Defender 110 and drive to work on the cold wet Irish roads wishing on was on the hot sunny Rubicon Trail with dear old Butch.
