So some dude just walked in our office and asked "is that your rig out there"?

Apparently he makes these really cool tie downs that are lockable and made with some bendable metal inside. He tells me he wants to shoot the NATO cans on the cruiser rack for some publicity crap. So im stoked, i said, sure why not?... he's coming back tomorrow and he'll shoot a few pics and give me them when we're done.

Pretty sweet and a neat idea... but super spendy just for a strap.

Ok, just got done with the shoot.. things are pretty dang nice.

Scored 4 straps! woot! All with the same keys, so i dont have to carry a bunch of keys around.

2) 9 footers and 2) 12 footers

Anyhoo, i asked for a Mud discount and he said, he can do 50% off advertised price. So if anyone wants a strap , email the guy off his site and tell him Dave w/ Landcruiser told ya and you said you get a 50% discount.

Very cool idea. They are a bit pricey but if they work as good as thet tout it might be a worthwile investment considering how much we pay for the gear on our rigs. Glad you scored the freebies Dave. Let us know how they work in the real world.
