I purchased this as a backup plan with the thought that I may fix it up and move there if times get tough. I bought it because Burr Oak is a nice small town, hunting in the area is great and Lovewell State park and reservoir (see photo below) is only 15 minutes away! Lovewell is a 3,000 acre lake with Bass, Walleye, Crappie, Flathead and Channel Catfish and more next to a 2,000 acre park with hunting!
