Moving to Bremerton, WA

Hey guys, just got back from Afghanistan and I'm headed to a new duty station in Bremerton, WA. I'm hoping someone here can help me out with locating some property to rent. Here's what I'm looking for:

Gig Harbor area (I think)
3BR+
Below $2k
Arriving end of July

If anyone knows of any places up for rent in nice neighborhoods with good schools. Please let me know. It's hard to house hunt all the way from Japan!
