2005 GX470 Sport with NAV (not a Unicorn) and 3rd row seating. We bought this GX470 in 2018 with 128,000 miles on it. One VERY "minor" accident in 2021, didn't even scratch the paint. This GX470 has been my wife's daily driver on an island in Georgia (Speed Limit 35 MPH) and served us extremely well. We just moved to the Houston area and purchased a 2021 GX460. We have no need for two GX's.
-Feb. 2018 - Purchased with 128K miles
-March 2018 - Replaced Timing belt and water pump, new rear suspension airbags (KDSS)
-Oct. 2019 - New headlights
-March 2021 - 4 new tires
-March 2021 - Replaced Timing belt and water pump (162,291 miles)
-April 2021 - New rear brake rotors and pads
-May 2022 - New Alternator
-Oct. 2023 - New battery DieHard Gold
*Synthetic oil always used since we purchased
Yes, I replaced the timing belt and water pump unnecessarily at about 35K miles into a new one. The local automotive shop was convincing. Rookie mistake!
Age Issues:
Small cracks is dash
TPMS light is on. Local tire shop scanned and confirmed that sensors are dead. I have 5 new TPMS sensors but haven't had them installed.
