Hi all,

I know next to nothing about Monteros. I am wondering what years to look for, and what years to avoid? What aftermarket support is there? I have driven Toyota, but never a Mitsubishi product.

Any information would be very helpful.

I have a 89 SWB v6 with a 5 speed. I wheel it and am quite happy with it. the SWB v6 has rear coil springs and I think it is a better truck if you can find a A/T v6 SWB that is the best one.

there is not that much after market support. I have a 4'' body lift
and added a factory LSD locker, that can found on trucks with the off road package along with the bouncy seat
