On March 29, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Billings Field Office released its Draft Resource Management Plan for a 90-day public review and comment period. As part of the review and comment process, several open houses are being held throughout the area to answer questions and gather comments from the public that will be used to develop the final plan.
