Has anyone ever used this on their cruisers?

I noticed an ad for it when researching things on yotatech and thought it looked good. But I don't know how it holds up or if anyone here has ever used it. Search has failed me and most of google searches on it just brings up more product specs and people with trucks putting it on their bed.

I have been messing with the idea that so many a cruiserhead before me has done, and using some bedliner on the exterior of my 62, along some of the body lines.

Any help or comments would be great.

Hi, my name is Eric. I'm the guy that invented Monstaliner. We're speaking with admin on becoming a vendor here so I'll be hanging around to answer any questions.

It's been a long time since the OP started this thread and there's a ton of info and write ups out there on the product since then.

If anyone needs help let me know.

Regards
MagnetMan

Nice to see you onboard Eric :)

MM, are you aware if anyone has tried using a hopper style texture gun with your product?
like this one
Texture Paint Spray Gun

I know others have used the gun with herculiner and had good results. Just wondered what your opinion was on it..

No but I just bought that gun from Harbor Freight to look at my self.

I though that gun was for much higher viscosity materials than Monstaliner or most competitive products.

Do you know if whoever used that with Herc sprayed the material the way it comes without reducer

I'm developing another product I intend to test with that but I am going to test spray ML with it as well.

I had a chat with Gary (Mudrak's Custom Cruisers MCC - Mudrak Custom Cruiser ) Years ago. he mentioned that he used the HF hopper gun to spray herculiner with good success. AS far as I know, there was no reducer used.

Seems like a quick and easy.

I do have a friend with an undercoat gun as well. Is an undercoating gun what was used here?

Yes that's a Walcom undercoating schutz gun from Italy. Best I have used, $45 or so.
Needs a bottle or can with threaded neck to screw up under it holding 1 quart.

Spraying just requires more masking before hand. Prep is all the same. Personally, for where we talked about you using Monstaliner I would roll but that just my opinion with a lot of rolling experience.
