Trying to source out some brakes for a home build, Looking for Electric brakes with a manual e-brake if possible. Anyone seen/used anything That might fit the bill?

I haven't had much luck looking online. The only other option I could think of is using a trailer breakaway system. When I need to lock up the wheels without being attached to the tow rig I could just pull the pin that activates the brakes. Of course this would only last so long because of the battery that activates it. But for when I need to e-brake it for a long period of time I would just use Wheel chocks.
However I really would just like to have an e-brake system just like the 416's but also be able to use a brake controller from the tow rig for normal braking. Any way to retrofit a lever and e-brake system to normal electric drum brakes?

Download the pdf for "Trailer Brakes and Service Parts/ 10 inch brakes" near the bottom of the page. There is a drop down menu in the upper box there.....

Then look at page 2 of that pdf. You will have to buy at least the new backing plates and parking brake cam mechanisms... or just replace the entire brake assemblies. This has been discussed a few times here - a search should turn up the thread(s).

Or just use the kind of P brake that I sometimes use:
