well...just thought i'd share because, im pretty stoked about this. im picking up a used hypertherm powermax 1000 from a buddy of mine sometime in the next week! have wanted one of these things for a long time now....was going to buy one before i started at school but just couldnt pull the trigger on a new one so i waited for used. had enough of what i saved up this summer when this thing so...away i go. will post some pics of cuts ect when next week when im home and get this sucker set up!

Have fun. I picked up a MIller 375 last year and its tough to believe a guy gets by without one. Especially once you start gouging with it. Sure saves on grinding time.

havnt really done much gouging with plasma what im looking forward to is not having to shell out $100 in gas every time it i go to use my torch it seems...really gets old fast, plus almost anything i could cut with my torch, this thing should cut...even my tow points that i do out of 1" plate so...im pretty stoked...
