Missing Molding - Looking for Replacement

Some how some way i have lost the passenger rear quarter panel molding from my LX470. Looking for options to replace, but really having a hard time tracking down a part number for the specific piece. Any help would be much appreciated.

First picture shows the missing panel, second picture shows it intact on the driver side for reference. Last image is what i am able to find on some sites, which is only the PN for the clips!

I pulled it from toyodiy.com but I don't think you are able to get an account with the diagrams anymore I signed up many years ago so I am a legacy member. These guys have a pretty decent diagram though Moulding for 2001 Lexus LX470 | Lexus Parts Now

Well I am pretty sure my color code is 1F7 (Classic Silver Metallic), I guess i need to reach out to a dealership to comfirm which of these I will need. Thanks for your help!
