You're gonna wanna rebuilt the knuckles. I have the preload set really low to combat the death wobble. With your tires I would take it back to stock settings and it'll be fine. Yep, the booster/master are sitting on the shelf for ya. It's already setup for a disc/drum system.

mike,

i am going to research preload/original settings....just so i can ask smart questions...what rebuild kit will i need for it?.....i have some brake lines i bought earlier when i was looking for that crazy fitting...i think they might just be what i need for this....i will post up and you can let me know what you think...do you have to change the rear lines?....

thanks
marc

mike,

i will check with kurt...i am ordering some power steering parts from him this week so i might just get the rebuild stuff to...and let me know how much we will owe you for this stuff...pm me if you prefer....

thanks

I assume the Mini Truck diffs will swap front to rear????

They will.

that older than 68 or whatever front diff will need to have the holes drilled out. they changed from 9mm to 10mm on the studs about that time. Holler when you get to the point of needing help. Much easier to explain when your in there.. You will need a newer front housing as the late 50-66 or so can't rememer exact date has a pressed in brass bushing instead of an oil seal. I can find you a pn for replacing the brass with an oil seal but why? Your call, Like don said.. Parts is parts and the two of us can make em work!
