Hey BRC members and subscribers, Here is a bit of happy holiday news update from our partners in balmy southern California. The good news comes from Jeff Knowles, former Event Director for the King of the Hammers. Naturally, Knowles keeps a close eye on anything threatening the epic Johnson Valley OHV area. Knowles sent word that on January 2nd, President Obama signed into law H.R. 4310, the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2013.
