Memphis-area body panel work?

Noticed a couple of small cancer spots on my FJ40 when I purchased it (seller actually pointed them out, he was very straightforward) - I've found replacement parts for most (doors) but both rocker panels have some cancer in the door channel. I'm ordering new panels but have no experience cutting / welding panels (heck, I have very little experience welding at all), so I'm looking for recommendations of local individuals and body shops who do GREAT work.

Very open to paying a member here to do it - would rather put money in the pocket of a member, and would be nice to meet some of the locals.

All ideas accepted, though must be in Memphis / suburbs.

Todd is southff4 and doing a rebuild on a 40-series. He's OCD and does things right. He did some bodywork on his 40, so he might be a good source of info on doing it yourself.
