Good thread about the 200 and FrontRunner. What's on their site now is shorter than the one Nolen and I run. But they will make them to any length you want. They've also changed the mounting system to bring the rack down closer to the roof.

Here's a pic of an 80 with the slat above the sunroof left out. I probably would've left off the next slat forward as well. But you can see the concept.

What vendors carry them? Price?

if I remember right that's why they went to the new feet, which are supposed much better on the 200s and other trucks.

My 100 has never had a wind noise issue, even with the old feet.

@Bomar is right...sunroof open = lotsa noise

wind noise from a roof rack? OMG NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have never opened the sun roof in my 200. If I could I'd have it welded closed. There's noise and there is unbearable noise. When I was first getting into yoda I test drove a Fj Cruiser with that big factory RR and by the time I got to 30 mph couldn't take it.

You have problems with wind noise but travel 400mph at your desk? :confused:

Roof racks are the ultimate poser item. No expedition rig should be without one.

Cameron is clearly a poser and a fag.

Hmmmmm, then I could put on some of those limb riser wires :hmm:
