I'll bring some 2 liter soft drinks (mixers) and Solo cups. Some food as well. Planning to come Saturday morning. Nathan and I may stay Saturday night or go on back home, depending on weather and Amanda's plans for Sunday.

I am planning to drive the LV up sometime on Saturday assuming I am able to replace a couple of dry-rotted soft lines during the evenings this week. (I'd failed to take note of them until this past weekend.)

Given my top speed in the LV will most likely be in the 50-60mph range and I don't have hazard lights, I'm planning to take a more scenic route and will be avoiding the interstates. I'll have my tools and AAA card ready should I run into mechanical issues.

As I am not certain the LV will make it all the way to the barn, I'm not going to sign up for anything for the dinner.

Wish me luck! I hope to see y'all at some point on Saturday.

David let me know the specifics on your drive.... I may have to.work.all day Saturday or i may just have to work a few hours so.im.down to follow you
 
Lydia says we still have enough of these left on hand: cups, bowls, toilet paper, tin foil, knives & spoons.

@forrest5000 will bring red slaw.

@alk747triodad (and Lydia!) will bring Salt & Pepper, Mac & Cheese, white slaw, Sausage Balls and dip, peanuts, coffee, some breakfast sausage.
 
David, given the top speed of the 73, I am in the same boat, but I do run a short section of 485. Perhaps we can caravan....
 
I can caravan. Problably driving the 80
 
I want to go ahead and contribute some items that seem to be in need.

Al please count me in for the following on the food & supplies list
  • Paper towels (6 pack)
  • Ziplock bags (Quart & Gallon sizes)
  • Ziplock disposable container tubs (I'll look for a few sizes)
  • Paper plates (heavy duty)
  • Napkins
  • Bojangles Biscuits (40 count)

I'll be there mid to late Friday night, depending on how lost I get.
 
Put us down for Banana Pudding and crockpot of meatballs (this has nothing to do with Adam). I'm probably coming for Friday and Saturday camping and Emma for Saturday afternoon / evening.

I will more than likely not be present.... I will be conducting interviews and hiring people all weekend. oh the life of a CEO :bang:
 
We are bringing meatballs as well as mid-day finger food. We should be arriving Saturday morning to help with the workday. Shannon is having surgery on her hand on Friday so we have to play things my ear.

What kind of meatballs are y'all doing Jonathan? I have a couple of options and would rather have variety :D
 
Same kind we have done at the last few events, chili sauce and jelly. They don't hang around for very long.
