Kenny has given me the date that using the barn works best for his schedule, Lydia's, John Whitley's and also the military (they rent the barn from the Whitley's for training).

2015's Meet and Greet will be March 20th-22nd 2015.

As always the gate will open on Friday the 20th around noon and close after it is all cleaned and packed up on Sunday the 22nd.

I will add more to this post in the coming days/weeks. This was just for everyone to jot the date down on their calendar.

FOOD SIGN UP:

THIS YEAR WE WILL BE COPYING OUR XMAS PARTY AND DOING A POT LUCK OF SIDES TO SIGN UP TO BE ADDED TO THE MAIN COURSE OF BBQ THAT THE CLUB WILL PROVIDE.

AS ALWAYS PLEASE SIGN UP FOR AN ITEM OF YOUR CHOICE (IT CAN BE ANYTHING) AND I WILL ADD IT TO THE LIST

:clap: We're doing something new this year for M&G 2015... We're gonna have a raffle for a YETI Roadie 20 cooler (thanks, YETI)!:clap:

Here are the rules:

- 4 tickets per person max
- $5 per ticket - cash only, please
- Tickets sold only at the event (Friday and Saturday)
- Need not be present at the drawing to win but it's up to the winner to arrange shipping (MUDship or otherwise)
-----yes, this technically allows for somebody else to buy your tickets if you can't make it for some reason
- Drawing held Saturday evening
- You must be a current, paid ONSC member in good standing by the time of the drawing to claim the prize. We will be checking. Yes, that means you don't have to be a member to buy tickets but you can't win unless you are a member - you'd just be giving us money.

How awesome is that? You might take home a $250 cooler for as little as FIVE DOLLARS! So please make sure you are current on our membership rolls. I'm attaching the link to do that and the link to purchase/renew your membership. Don't forget that you students have the option of a student membership. Credit/Debit cards can be transacted at the event through @GLTHFJ60's Square account.

http://goo.gl/DKvgq - check your membership status here. FYI - Lots of you expire in March.

Dang. That's the same weekend as the opening weekend of the NCAA Tournament, the one event that I get to work every year. I guess I'll miss this M&G. Have fun & take pics!!

The Keefer's are also out. I'll be in France for 2 weeks for work, and I'm hoping Heather will be able to come along.

I put it on my calendar, should be there Friday evening. The trails will still be closed, no? Will this be a trail work day?

Just put in Friday off so I'm in.

On Saturday morning we will be working on the trails

You can count me in on this.
