Hi . When I start to move from stopping at a stop light maybe 1 out of 100 times I get this jerking feeling like the rear end is slipping . I can't make it jerk when ever I want ,It just does it very randomly . I took the truck to a local garage and had them check the fluids and grease the drive shaft . I think they over filled the drive shaft grease fitting because the guy said it sure took a lot of grease . When they went to pull out of the garage it was doing the jerking thing really bad just rolling really slowly . It had not jerked in a while before I took it to them . They pulled it back in and raised it up and put it in gear and was giving it gas it was vibrating on the lift in the transfer case area so the guy said it was coming from the transfer case and I would have to fix it . He pulled it back out and sent me on my way he didn't act like he wanted to fix with it . The truck would not go with out it jerking even at low speeds I had to crawl on the side of the road till I got to a parking lot and I just moved really slowly for about a mile before I could give it gas with out the jerking going on . Once it stopped and I was at road speed it didn't jerk again and it never jerked again for a month . Adding the grease caused the jerking to happen and not go away right way . I just need someone that knows the truck to check thing out close to the London Ky area . . Thanks for your help . I have a 1997 lexus lx450 .
