This is scheduled to be a multi club event at Uwharrie with the Old North State Cruisers.
Any other info on campsite and who is going yet?

Also have May meeting tenative for BBQBoys

I know June is GSMTR.....July I would be interested in WNC trip...then Aug and Sep is final push for Lowcountry Boil. Any solid plan on what we doing this year so we can divide it up and get start on calling vendors and finalizing other items?

We'll be going...they said the first 50 registered would be in the Badin Lake campsite.
 
I registered on ONSC site today and also got a site at Arrowhead as backup as I dont like camping in crowded conditions...if too tight then will just hop over to Arrowhead...nothing personal. If not will stay at main location with group. Worth it to me so not worried about the $30 for Arrowhead.

We wont be that far apart plus I like Arrowhead Campground :) Hope others will go on this as well. I got Apple Pie again!!!!!!

I am in campsite 24 at Arrowhead...they are filling fast so get your spot if not staying at Biden Lake with ONSC.

Arrowhead Campground (NC)
UWHARRIE FOREST 789 HWY 24/27
East Troy NC 27371

GPS Info. (Latitude, Longitude):
35.43972, -80.075

From Troy, NC, take State Hwy. 109 north for approximately 10 miles. Turn left onto Mullinix Rd. (County Hwy. 1154), and travel approximately 1.5 miles to a stop sign and "T" intersection. Turn right, and travel approximately 2 miles to another stop sign and "T" intersection. Turn left, travel about 2 miles, following the signs to Arrowhead Campground.

I don't think I'm gonna make this trip, but I'll probably see ya at the may meeting at Bessinger's! I got the engine for the 4runner with the help of Benke. Now we'll just have to see how long it takes to put it in :)
 
Dang...when you ever going to get that FJC dirty again? Well, you know if I was here you could call any time.... Dont be going by the house while I am gone just because Christine will be alone. LOL

Are you going to GSMTR?

I want to do a WNC run after GSMTR...like in July when it is unbearably hot down here in lowlands. You better be able to go...so block out your whole month except for July 4th weekend...tell Claire she can drive herself to soccer practice that weekend...I said it is okay to use the CJ2. :D
 
Ron, I'll be in for a WNC run in July...We had a parkway drive in the schedule for July, but it's not far away.

Let's shoot for the 16th-18th.
 
Well since it'll probably only be me (no Thomas b/c of work) I probably won't camp and will just come for the day on Saturday for some wheelin' in the FJ. :)

I can't wheel until I rebuild my shocks. Walker Evans is sending some loaner tubes so I can send mine back for a rebuild. Pete's are shot too. We called AllPro but those guys suck!...uh oh, can I say that? Oh well, too late, my backspace is broken on this lap top.

I appreciate you ramrodding the Uharrie ride, also. I'll keep you guys posted on my status.

Claire's soccer team is #1 in the travel league Saturday is their last two games in Columbia.
 
I keep telling you.....OME may not be the most fancy...but the damn shocks and springs last forever and they stand by their s***.

I told you Allpro was a bunch of snakes and assholes when the owner skips the whole FJ Summit and shows up for last day to put his booth up to sell parts. I have had more than one conversation with him over pricing and quality......NEVER WILL BUY FROM HIM.
