Quick question for tire gurus:
My wife drives a Toyota Matrix XRS with 17" OEM rims. It came with Firerestone tires and they are due for a change.
The current tire size on the Matrix is 215/50/ZR17. What tire manufacturer/model do you recommend?
I've looked at the Michellin Pilot Exalto A/S and they are nice, but at $140 a pop, they are on the expensive side.
We live in Sacramento where the worse weather is rain. Her car has never been to the snow. And I'm OK with all season tires. If we want to drive in the snow, we take the 80.
