Hey all, I am planning on exploring the Manistee national forest this week starting Wednesday and wondered if anyone knew of some good dispersed camping spots with water/lake access. Thanks!

Yes. There are many.

Search out State Forest Campgrounds. They are all over the place and are almost always on water. First come first served but rarely full. You may have neighbors but it is pretty chill. Beyond that you can camp most anywhere on state land but I think you are required to get a permit
