My wife gave me the OK to trade her T-bird for a new toy. We have two kids now and she has another rig that the kids can ride in, so the two-seater is gathering dust. Just think of how many cruisers your wife will let you get in the future if you present her with this!!! Several years back, my wife picked this out of all the convertables (vintage and new) as the perfect summer car. It's an 02 T-bird with 28K on it, still under extended bumper-to-bumper warrenty. Austin, Texas car with absolutely no rust. Couple dings on the steering wheel from rings but other than that totally perfect. This car has the Jaguar small V8, super fast, and the interior is totally Jaguar parts. We call it Zippy. Rear wheel drive with traction control, loaded. Power soft top and hard top for winter. A very nice, well made, well maintained car. Book is a little over 20K so I'm looking to trade even up for something cool that's worth about that. Got an extra 45LWB(LBP) or a LHD Troopy laying around that you want to swap? How about a nice 60? We have a 45LV already and I'd like to add another Toyota ideally, preferably something that we can put a rag top on and use for the beach. Maybe even a 40, but it would have to be special. If no takers, I'll sell her on Ebay and buy/restore a good 43 or Troopy, but let's try the bartering root first!!! TX title in hand. Car is in Boston, MA for the summer right now, back in Austin, TX about September.
