Main Divide Road Run Sunday, 4/24

Meet at the 15/76 Mobil Station at 7 and get onto Ortega Hwy through Lake Elsinore. I've never done this run before but am hoping to drop down onto Ortega Hwy and head out through San Juan Capistrano and have dinner there or in Capistrano Beach. Lunch on the trail, bring a chair. Temps look to be cooler but clear and according to the Forest Service page more trails looks open than closed so should be a good time. Who's in

I am out of town this weekend. Sucks, because I like the road north of Ortega and the campground into Orange County.

Sunday is bad for me as well. I am also in the midst of trying to figure out some engine issues and have the harness opened up in a few places. I need to re-wrap it all up and probably just carry extra gas when I need it.

Wow - neat little road - empty except a couple mountains bikes - wild flowers and views. We went from the Main Divide entrance off the 74 and cut it short and dropped down Indian Truck Trail. Lots left to explore.
