Hi from Azores,

This was my 1988 Land Cruiser BJ73.

It was equiped with the B engine and KKK16 Turbo (it camed with the VM engine).

Made two extensions for the rear bumper:



And a front bumper too:

Got +6cm OME Springs and 14cm Shackels and +12cm Procomp ES9000 shocks.

Put the "blackmamba" (a BJ40 that i own) rims and tyres (33x12,5x15):

My B engine, even with turbo, cant handle those tires.

I am trying to rebuild a 1W engine to equip this machine.

Thats a nice colour,dont seem to get that blue in oz.
That 4 litre 1W engine should push it along nicely

Great Toy, but don´t like me the "VM Motori" (Italian Engine)...

...here in Spain have a lot of Land Cruiser 73 series with this engine :whoops:


Too many friends change this engine for a 1KZ-T or 1HD-T engine

Yes, we can use a Ferry Boat to transport it to other islands. But only in the summer. During the rest of the year we can use Cargo Boats.

I have a 15B-FT, but will be fitted on blackmamba (BJ40). Since 1W was a gift, i will try if it runs good. If yes, i will put it on madmac (BJ73)

Same company,not sure if they share the same engines. I think some of their newer ones are better
