I don't know for sure, but my guess would be most likely not. They don't want people travelling at higher speeds with the center of gravity raised any higher. SUV makers are trying to battle the major safety issue of Rollovers.
It might be nice if they raised the max speed a bit so that if you're in and out of rough terrain on a trail you don't have to keep raising the vehicle.

I've not been able to find a way to. Regardless of the diff and ahc settings it goes to normal height for me above the speed cutoff. I know Slee offers a switch to overide this on the LX 470.

It hasn't bothered me enough to figure out of if something similar is possible on the 200.
