LX570 Door Inner Window Seals Falling Apart

Hi all. On our 2010 LX570 we have been noticing streak / smear marks on the inside of the windows. Started with one window but now all four have the same problem every time we roll down / up the windows. It's now bad enough where all the windows are just covered in black marks. Then my son noticed that the inner seals seem to be disintegrating / crumbling in places. Has anyone else seen this? Anyone tried to replace the inner seals? The outer seals seem to be okay. Thanks.

Had something similar happen to me on my old 05 100 series, the seals rot over time, if it spent a lot of time in the sun that wear is accelerated, pretty easy diy job during a weekend.
