lug nut torque on 16' tandem axle car hauler?

I occaisionally borrow a friend "big-tex" 16' tandem axle car hauler. I try to return it each time with an improvement. I've replaced soft deck boards, broken lights....This time I bought new rear seals and took all 4 wheels off cleaned, inspected and repacked all 4 wheels....What is the right torque for the lug nuts? They seemd to come off fairly easily. Each wheel has a drum brake and the studs appear to be pressed in from the back....

Too bad I wasn't hauling any cruisers this time .....Iw as just hauling wood and brush.....

What size wheels ? if they are 14,15 or 16" They are 90 to 120 foot lbs
