LT295/75R16 question

i read all the tire size threads that i could but honestly i'm still not sure if a 295/75-16 tire would fit on a standard 2009 70 series suspension, (fzj79),
i know 33's will fit and 35's probably need a bit of lift but this size is a 33.8 inch diameter,
the tire i'm looking to use is interco m16 295/75-16, i read the thread by ThaiCruiser but i really like this tire and dont care if it has m16 or ak47 bullets on the side wall.

i run the same tires on my 2007 HZJ 79 with -7 off set rims. The overall diameter is 33.6 and tire width is 11.5 from Hankook. No problem. Has factory fitted fender flares and mud flaps as well. But running OME 2.5 inch lift sus.

with OME 2.5 inch lift i think even 35's will fit , but i dont have any lift at the moment .
