lower control arms and steering rack - need opinions on replacement timing (3 Viewers)

At my most recent oil change, the dealership recommended about $6k worth of additional services. No surprise there, they always seem to find things that need doing, even if they've already done them recently. But the two in the photos below seem like they will need attention soon, just not at their prices and probably not as soon as they recommend. Appreciate any input on when these things typically need to be replaced and whether these images indicate near term failure.

First the lower control arms - the bushings are dried out and cracked:

Next is the steering rack. I'm not surprised at this one as it's been making a groaning noise for a while, but I thought it was the power steering pump. After this recomendation, I had my "other" shop replace the radiator, water pump and pack this boot with grease (their recommendation) and it has quieted down for now.

That LCA bushing doesn’t really look too bad. If you’re holding your alignment I wouldn’t worry about it. I’m sure it’s mushier and less precise but it’s likely not that bad and looks worse than it is.

The steering rack however does look like it’s leaking. How often do you add power steering fluid?
