Loose part ID, rubber bump stop? (1 Viewer)

I found this loose in my engine bay and couldn't quite figure out what it is from searching the forums. I thought it was a bump stop for the hood but did not see another one on the other side.
Its about 2 inches long and the rubber part is about a cm in diameter

That looks like a differential breather.
